The cache is in the hands of Ahmed, who wants money for his "services" of showing up, pulling the cache out of his pocket and letting one log. New log sheets are supplied by cachers who take the time and money to cross over from Spain and want to a find a cache in Morocco at all cost. When Ahmed is around it is find, when he is not, it is a DNF. Is this what geocaching is supposed to be about? I don't find this fun at all.
Cache owner has not been active since 2011. I think this cache should be archived.
I have been watching this cache for 3 years now, and would love to find a cache in Tanger, but I am not willing to pay to a local who stole the cache and makes money out of it. I find this disgusting and geocachers and Groundspeak should not support this!

I had a letter in my name, it was a penalty notice fine for driving in a bus lane! For a time and date I was at work! Mark had decided to take the boys out to grab a few caches. £10 a cache! Hope it was worth it?! :
